Add Extras to Your Party!

All Party Packages can be upgraded to include either a sweetie cone, one of our pre-packaged 125ml tubs of English Lakes Ice Cream or a Calippo ice lolly for £1.80 per child (to be paid for at the time of your final balance). These are non-refundable but can be added to for that extra guest.

Please note that these ice cream tubs are 125ml pre-packaged with the following flavours: Double Jersey, Death by Chocolate, Crushed Strawberry, Cool Britannia (red & blue swirls) or Vegan Vanilla and are subject to availability. Ice cream cones are not included in this offer.

All party packages can be upgraded to include discounted items (subject to availability) from the pre-order form (included in your party pack). These are to be paid for at the time of your final balance. These are non-refundable.

Additional Information

All parties include invitations, play, food for the invited children, unlimited jugs of juice and party bags!

Please note that a birthday cake, napkins, decorations or candles are not provided by Giggles in any of our party packages. You are more than welcome to bring them along.

If you are handing out birthday cake, it is the responsibility of the party organiser to distribute the ingredients and any allergen information to all party guests. This is NOT Giggles responsibility.

Please inform us as soon as possible of any dietary requirements for the party food so that the necessary provisions can be made and allergen information checked.

Three days before your party, Giggles will require confirmation on the total number of guests attending. Any remaining balance will be due at this time. Please include the birthday child. A guest list is required for health and safety purposes which includes a summary of your chosen food selections. We will be unable to admit you or your guests without this list.

Please note that confirmed numbers will be charged and are non-refundable even if they fail to attend. Our advice would be to confirm only definite numbers or those who have confirmed to you.

We kindly ask the party organiser to ensure that at least one adult for every five children always remains on the premises and that your guests do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your party.

Top Tips for Birthday Parties

1. Party organiser/parent needs to supply the party guest list and include any allergies or dietary requirements no later than three days before your party.

2. On the day, the party host will welcome the birthday child and run through how the party will flow with the party organisers/parents.

3. The party coordinators will then welcome your guests at the entrance based on your guest list.

4. All the children will be directed to play on the equipment under their parent’s supervision for the first half of the party. (The children must wear socks at all times).

5. Adults are free to relax in the assigned party area and order additional food & drinks from the in-house café. Adult platters can be pre-ordered for your adult guests which can be enjoyed while the children are playing.

6. The party host will call the party children and invite them to the party room for food and refreshments.

7. Whist the children are eating the Party host will be on hand to help with service and any additional needs you may require.

9. The party host will join to sing happy birthday with all guests to the party child. A knife will be provided by Giggles for you to cut your cake if needed.

10. The party host will help hand out the party bags before bidding your guests goodbye!
